Corporate Cake & Cupcake Ideas for Your Next Company Even

Making Company Milestones Memorable

Company anniversaries, product launches, and team celebrations deserve more than a store-bought sheet cake. Custom branded cakes and cupcakes are an easy way to make a corporate event feel intentional — and they photograph well for internal recognition posts or team celebrations too.

Ideas for Your Next Corporate Order

Company Anniversary Cakes A full sheet cake with your logo reproduced in edible print, paired with your brand colors, is a simple way to mark a company milestone. These work well for all-hands meetings or office celebrations.

Milestone & Number Cakes Hit a big number — units shipped, years in business, employees hired? A number-shaped cake built in your brand colors turns a metric into a celebration centerpiece.

Branded Cupcakes for Team Events Individually boxed cupcakes with edible logo toppers are easy to distribute across a team or hand out at a company event, without needing to cut and serve a full cake.

Client Gifting SmWhat We Need From You to Get Startedall custom cake boxes or cupcake sets make a memorable client gift for the holidays, contract anniversaries, or thank-you gestures — more personal than a generic gift basket.

What We Need From You to Get Started

To put together a corporate order, it helps to have:

Your event date and estimated headcount
Logo files (PNG, JPG, or PDF work well)
Brand colors, if you have specific ones to match
Any dietary accommodations needed for your team (gluten-free, nut-free, etc.)

How Far in Advance to Order

For smaller corporate cupcake orders, 5-7 days’ notice is usually enough. For larger events, custom sheet cakes, or anything involving detailed logo work, we recommend reaching out 2+ weeks ahead to make sure your event date and design details line up.
